Campground Policies & Rules
Welcome to Willow Creek Campground! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and peaceful stay for all our guests, we ask that you review and follow our rules and policies. These guidelines help protect our beautiful ranch-country environment, keep everyone safe, and make your stay memorable.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Willow Creek Campground offers online booking for short-stay campers only.
To confirm your reservation, your credit card will be charged for one night’s stay.
Cancellations require 7 days’ notice and are subject to a $10 cancellation fee.
Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice, and all no-shows, will be charged one night’s stay.
No-shows are determined at 8:00 PM each night unless you notify us of a late arrival.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: Please confirm your arrival time when booking.
Check-out: 12:00 PM.
If you are staying an extra day, please re-register before 11:00 AM.
Day Guests
Day guests must register at the office and receive a Day Pass Card for their vehicle.
Day passes are only valid for the date of issue.
No day passes will be issued after 9:00 PM, and all day guests must leave before 11:00 PM.
Only registered campers may remain in the campground overnight (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
Speed & Vehicle Rules
Speed limit: 10 KPH throughout the campground.
Speeding may result in immediate eviction.
Parking: Vehicles must stay within your campsite pad area or in the designated parking lot.
Emergency access: Campsite lanes must remain clear at all times.
Pets
Pets are welcome, but must be leashed and under control at all times.
Owners are responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their pets.
Pets cannot be left unattended or allowed to disturb other campers.
Clean up after your pet immediately.
Campfires & Fire Safety
No wood-burning fires allowed.
Fires are limited to propane fire pits at your campsite.
Never leave a fire unattended.
Fires must be completely extinguished by 1:00 AM.
Children
Parents are responsible for supervising their children.
Children must be at their campsite after dark.
Young children must be accompanied by an adult when using the washrooms.
Garbage & Recycling
Place all garbage in designated receptacles.
Recycle by placing clean recyclables in the appropriate bins.
There is no RV dump station on-site.
The nearest dump station is located at Centennial Park Campground in Claresholm.
Creek & Property Use
Use the creek and its banks at your own risk.
Please respect neighboring properties and remain within Willow Creek Campground boundaries.
Violations may result in eviction.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM.
Excessive noise outside these hours is not tolerated.
Sound travels further in open air; please be mindful of other campers.
Alcohol & Cannabis
Alcohol and cannabis use is permitted at your campsite only.
Do not carry these substances through the campground.
Personal Belongings & Security
Campers are responsible for securing their personal belongings.
Willow Creek Campground is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
